Jean-Éric Pelet holds a PhD in Marketing (Nantes University, France), an MBA in Information Systems (Université Laval, Québec, Canada) and a BA (Hons) in Advertising (Southampton Institute, England).
As an assistant professor in management, he works on problems concerning consumer behavior when using a website or other information systems (e-learning, knowledge management, e-commerce platforms), and how the interface can change that behavior. His main interest lies in the variables that enhance navigation in order to help people to be more efficient with these systems. He works as a visiting professor both in France and abroad (England, Switzerland, Thaïland, Finland, Poland, China) teaching Digital Coaching, Advanced Digital Marketing, ergonomics, usability, and consumer behavior at Design Schools, Business Schools, and Universities.

After several years of professional experience within various companies and educational environments in France and Australia, Coralie Haller obtained a PhD from Aix-Marseille University. As an associate-professor at EM Strasbourg Business School, her research interests and teaching expertise concern information system management and entrepreneurship in wine and tourism industry. Her work has been published in several journals (Systèmes d’Information et Management, Entreprendre et Innover, International Journal of entrepreneurship and small business, International Business Review), books and academic and professional conferences. Tao Meng received his doctor's degree in industrial economics from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, Dalian, China in 2008.
He was hired by Dongbei University of Finance and Economics and is currently the professor of International Business College at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics.
He used to charge more than 14 national and provincial projects and grants, and published over 70 papers focused on the peer production, marketing strategy, network organizations, and sharing economy.

Anabela Mesquita is a Professor at the Porto Accounting and Business School / Polytechnic of Porto since 1990. Vice Dean between 2007 - 2018. President of the SPACE European network. Member of the Algoritmi Research Centre (Minho University) and the former Director of CICE (Research Centre for Communication and Education). She is a member of MAERA. She has been (and is) involved in many European and National research projects both as a researcher and as a coordinator. She has published numerous papers in various international journals and conference proceedings. She is a member of the Programme Committee and Scientific Committee of several national and International conferences, in most cases also as a referee. She serves as Member of the Editorial Board and referee for IGI Global. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Paulista State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (1999), a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (2002) and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (2007) from the State University of Campinas.

Successfully supervised 29 doctoral theses, 49 master's dissertations, 74 undergraduate and 48 scientific initiation work. Sara Pífano is a Researcher at the Information Society Research Lab (ISRLab) where she conducts research on the broad field of the Information Society. She holds a PhD in Information Management from the Universidade Aberta (Portuguese Open University), a MA in Refugee Studies from City University (London, United Kingdom) and a Bachelor degree in International Relations from the University of Minho (Braga, Portugal).
At the ISRLab, she is responsible for conducting and fostering scientific research, including the design, implementation and evaluation of research initiatives addressing the use of Web 2.0 in several domains of the information society, particularly education and business, the application of social media in the context of e-Learning, learning technologies, digital literacy, and online communities.

A/Prof. Pedro Isaias is affiliated with the Information Systems & Technology Management School of The University of New South Wales (UNSW – Sydney), Australia. Previously he taught at The University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia.
Before moving to Australia, he served at the Universidade Aberta (Portuguese Open University) in Lisbon, Portugal, where he was responsible for several courses and director of the master degree program in Management / MBA. Pedro was director of the master degree program in Electronic Commerce and Internet for 10 years.
